Rodod provides a unified business messaging platform that allows teams to manage customer conversations across supported messaging channels. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to harass others, or to transmit harmful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup or renewal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by Rodod are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
You may have access to confidential information of Rodod or other users. You agree to keep such information confidential and use it only as permitted by the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rodod is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
